Welcome to aitaskmind ("we" or "us"). We provide an AI-powered task management platform accessible at aitaskmind.xyz (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
aitaskmind provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to create, manage, and organize tasks using natural language input. The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek and Anthropic, for natural language processing. Our Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
This Service is a digital intangible product. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as outlined in Section 7.
Use of the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
If you discover unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at security@aitaskmind.xyz. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Ensure your billing email address remains valid.
We offer subscription plans for access to the Service. Current plan details and pricing are available at aitaskmind.xyz/pricing.
We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes are governed by Section 5.1.
5.1 Auto-Renewal Authorization
By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize aitaskmind to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the corresponding subscription fee. This periodic authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription per Section 6.
Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. For annual subscriptions, we will send a reminder before renewal.
5.2 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, we will collect and remit such taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
6.1 How Cancellation Works
Cancellation is scheduled, not immediate. When you cancel, we stop future renewals straight away and send a confirmation email within 10 minutes, but your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges are made.
Your subscription then ends on the last day of the period you have already paid for — the exact date is shown on your profile page as "Access ends". After cancellation: account data is retained for 90 days, then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Undo a Cancellation
You may resume auto-renewal at any time before the end date takes effect, using the "Resume Auto-Renewal" control on your profile page. Once the period has ended and the subscription has expired, a new purchase is required.

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital Service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as outlined below.

9.1 Output Content Ownership
Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") is owned by you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted in Section 10.
9.2 Input Content License
By submitting content to the Service ("Input Content"), you grant aitaskmind a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
9.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency
This Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek and Anthropic. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
9.4 AI Output Accuracy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at aitaskmind.xyz/privacy. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
11.1 Payment Processing and Merchant of Record
All payments for the Service are processed by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, which also acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Payment card data is collected and stored by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers; we receive only transaction status, plan and billing identifiers.
11.2 Backup Payment Channel
Creem operates as our backup payment channel. If a transaction is routed through Creem, the same PCI-DSS compliance and Merchant of Record terms described in Section 11.1 apply, and the refund process in aitaskmind.xyz/refund is unchanged.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

12.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aitaskmind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for serious violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. If we terminate for reasons not caused by you, we will pro-rate refund any prepaid unused portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@aitaskmind.xyz.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@aitaskmind.xyz to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or notice through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and aitaskmind.
