Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
aitaskmind ("we" or "us") is committed to providing a safe, legal, and responsible AI-powered task management service. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, or stored through our Service, and defines our content standards, moderation mechanisms, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all content forms through the Service:
- Text: AI-generated or processed text, including task descriptions, tags, and notes
- User Input (Prompts): Text submitted by users for AI processing
- Generated Metadata: AI-parsed information including deadlines, priorities, and subtasks
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
aitaskmind explicitly prohibits using our Service to generate the following six categories of content:
- Adult / NSFW Content: Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Violence / Gore: Content depicting or promoting graphic violence, gore, or harm
- Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against protected groups
- Child Safety (CSAM): Any content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors
- Deepfake / Impersonation: AI-synthesized content impersonating real individuals without consent
- Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content violating intellectual property rights
2.1 Zero Tolerance — Immediate Action
The following content, once discovered, results in immediate action and may be reported to authorities:
- Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
- Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
- Content advocating genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals
2.2 General Prohibited Activities
- Generating or spreading misinformation or rumors
- Impersonating real persons, brands, or organizations
- Infringing intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy
- Presenting AI-generated content as human-created
- Bulk-generating spam or fraudulent content
- Using jailbreak prompts to bypass safety mechanisms
3. Content Moderation Mechanism
aitaskmind employs a multi-layer moderation system: automated filtering + human review + periodic audits.
3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-time)
aitaskmind is an AI task-management product: it parses natural language into structured task fields (title, due date, priority, tags, subtasks). It does not generate images, video, or audio. Every user prompt is screened before it reaches the language model:
- Input Filtering: Each prompt is sent to Waffo Prompt Sift (
api.waffo.ai/v1/actions/verification/scan-prompt), our content-safety detection service, for keyword, semantic, and intent analysis before the model is called.
- Local Safety Net: A rule-based screen runs on every prompt as well, so prohibited requests are still blocked if the remote service is unavailable. Local screening is deliberately narrower than the remote service, not a replacement for it.
- Hold for Review: Prompts the screening service marks as pending are not processed. They are held until a human decision is returned.
- Output Filtering: Parsed output is validated against the expected task schema; malformed or policy-violating output is discarded and not returned to the user.
- Usage Pattern Analysis: Monitoring for abnormal API call behavior and rate anomalies.
Underlying AI models: Task parsing is performed by DeepSeek and Anthropic (see About for the current model list). Switching models does not bypass content screening — every prompt is screened before any model is called.
3.2 Human Review
- Auto-flagged content enters human review queue
- User-reported content is reviewed by Trust & Safety team
- Reviewers complete content safety training and sign NDAs
3.3 Periodic Sampling and Audits
- Random sampling review conducted monthly
- Regular evaluation and optimization of automated moderation accuracy
